HOW DO I PAY MY RETAINER?

Retainer can be paid via Venmo or an emailed invoice. It is clients responsibility to inquire account information they wish to use.

WHEN IS MY SESSION BOOKED?

Your session is considered booked when retainer has been received and you have received the session contract.

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON MY SESSION DATE?

If K. Keever Photography feels a rain date is necessary, an agreed upon date between the client and photographer will be rescheduled.

IF I HAVE TO CANCEL, DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

No, any and all monies paid to K. Keever Photography is non refundable unless session is canceled by K. Keever Photography and can not reschedule. Retainers are placed to secure your spot so that session time is not available for anyone else to book.

CAN I PAY FOR MY SESSION IN FULL BEFORE MY SESSION DATE?

Yes! K. Keever Photography does not issue any refunds. If you cancel your session, the full session payment will NOT be refunded.

CAN I EDIT MY PICTURES MYSELF?

K. Keever Photography respectfully asks that you do not alter the images in any way. As these are your images, if you wish to change the appearance, it is asked you do not advertise them as K. Keever Photography product. RAW images will never be given to client.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?

Yes. If rescheduling within 72 hours of you original session date , your session fee will still be due on that original date. If you reschedule for a second time, there will be a $15 rescheduling fee in order to rebook.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GALLERY?

We work hard to get galleries back out same day. Never to exceed 24 hours. Wedding galleries may take up to 2 weeks.
